Outrunner Stator Winding Machine

Outrunner Stator Winding Machine Is an automatic coil flyer-type coil winding machine mostly suitable for winding motor stators with outward facing poles. A flyer-type winding head rotates carries wire through a nozzle and rotates around the stator pole to lay the wire onto the pole that is to be wound. Machine has 3-4 functional axis – flyer, traverse, index and if required finger for precise laying the wire turn-by-turn, layer-by-layer onto the stator pole to achieve neat, good quality layer winding to achieve better slot fill factors.
