Needle Winding Machine

Needle Winding Machine Is a stand-alone winding machine designed specifically to wind stators that have stator poles facing radially inwards. The basic construction is such that the rotor assembly is enclosed by the stator i.e the rotor is positioned on the ID of the stator. The machine features 3 servo axes for precision wire, high dynamics and axes interpolation functionality via CNC for achieving complex, programmable winding patterns.
