LV Winding Machine

Foil Winding machines are specifically designed to wind conductor foils of Cu or Al for LV coils of distribution transformers ranging from 200 kVA to 10000 kVA Approx.

Rigid frame structure supports dynamic loads and vibration free winding. Accurate machined parts are assembled with proper alignment to provide consistent accuracies for a longer period. Multiple models are available to accommodate different foil widths to suit wide range of transformer ratings.

Single or dual foils can be wound automatically on the machine with full width paper Inter layer insulation and edge strips. This machine is more flexible to do a wide range of transformer ratings.
