- Web Drive using servo motor ensures synchronised feeding of foil with the line speed and precise control of head and tail length, reducing wastage of material.
- Material exhaust sensing and Smart-detect system to judge adequacy of material available on the spool at the beginning of each cycle reduces material wastage.
- Integrated Dry-element tester with automatic transfer and sorting of wound elements, eliminates manual handling of delicate elements ensuring better quality.
