- Closed loop servo tension control for film and foil spools give uniform tension, resulting in high quality winding & higher productivity.
- Automatic threading and unloading using collapsible-type mandrel eliminates manual operation and gives good repeatability and higher productivity.
- Dual Mandrel (Indexing Type), results in shorter winding cycle time and thus leading to higher productivity.
- Automatic foil cut for both foils eliminates manual intervention during winding, resulting in higher productivity & consistency.
- Automatic insertion of pre-stitched Tabs with programmable position ensures perfect alignment of Tabs with respect to Element.
- Material exhaust sensing and Smart-detect system to judge adequacy of material available on the spool at the beginning of each cycle reduces material wastage.
- Integrated Dry-element tester with automatic transfer and sorting of wound elements, eliminates manual handling of delicate elements ensuring better quality.
